We currently ship out to all states in the United States and Internationally.

Each state and country sets its own laws as to the shipment or delivery or (of not or) beer, wine, or alcohol. Your state or country may have laws that restrict or ban such actions. As a responsible licensee, we must follow the law in each state and we respect the law of each jurisdiction. In the meantime, you can try to purchase or special order our products through our online store.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid address including a phone number where someone 21+ can sign for a package.

If you miss the first attempt at delivery please call the number provided on the missed delivery notice to set up a better delivery time.


To address customer concerns please be aware of the following:

Shipping companies apply more than 1 surcharge to our shipments – one for alcohol and one for the adult signature that is required. Both of these surcharges are on top of the regular shipping rates they charge us.

In addition, if you are ordering liquid, please be advised the weight of liquid adds to the shipping cost. That’s just the nature of the industry.

As a small business, we cannot afford to consume the cost of shipping in all instances, although from time to time we run internet specials for customers who spend above a certain amount to assist in offsetting the cost of the shipments. But, we do not add a profit-generating markup to your shipping charge; we charge you what the shipping company charges us.

Therefore, please do not be surprised if the cost of shipping is higher on certain orders for a basic shipment.

Note: We have found that the cost to ship 2 or more bottles is almost the same as shipping just 1 bottle. So, if you are looking to spread out your shipping costs, consider buying more than 1 bottle to make your shipping charges more cost-effective.

  1. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone of at least 21 years is required upon delivery.
  2. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
  3. All orders placed on Monday through Friday will be shipped out in 2 to 7 business days.
  4. Orders placed on Friday after business hours, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out 3 to 7 business days from the following Monday.
  5. No shipments are delivered on Saturday or Sunday.
  6. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  7. We will provide a tracking link for your order which will become active no later than 48 hours after dispatch. This will allow you to follow your order’s progress to your delivery destination.
  8. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday unless by special arrangement.
  9. Overseas deliveries require a lead-time of 7-21 working days for all orders depending on the country and address. If you have not received your goods within 21 days please contact us immediately.
  10. Please note, the standard service is not insured. We can arrange for packages of over $100 to be insured at extra cost – please contact us for a quotation.
  11. We require someone of legal age under local licensing laws to be present at the delivery address to sign for acceptance of the goods. Goods are dispatched by a third party courier and their terms and conditions apply.
  12. We will have paid the full amount of Excise Duty on all goods shipped to international markets. The customer is wholly responsible for any and all local customs and import duties and taxes attaching to the goods shipped. The customer warrants and represents that there are no import restrictions applying to our goods and that all such goods shipped to the customer are being legally imported to the customer’s local market, tax and duty paid.
  13. Where appropriate, we will complete a customs declaration form declaring ‘Specialist Malt Whisky, No Commercial Value’ and stating replacement value.
  14. Whisky products that have been damaged before reaching the customer will be fully replaced by us and for free.

What is the difference between shipping and same-day delivery?

Shipping uses many different delivery agency to deliver wine and accessories in states and countries (where legal) and Delivery service delivers wine, beer and spirits (where legal) to customers within selected time slots using third party delivery services or Total Wine & More delivery services.

Who is your shipping partner?

We use delivery agencies and companies such as FedEx, USPS and DHL to ship wine and accessories in states and countries where legal.

Why is shipping not available to my address?

Due to state and country restrictions, we cannot ship alcohol to all addresses.

How much does it cost to get items shipped?

The shipping rate will be based on the weight of the contents and the service selected for shipment. The rate for each selection will be reflected in your shopping cart and will update as items in the cart are added or removed.

Why are beer and spirits not available to ship?

At this time, we do not have licensing to ship items over a specific alcohol content.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Orders above $500 have an automatic “free shipping” attached to them.

Can I request Contactless shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer contactless shipping since packages contain alcohol. All orders must be signed for by someone over age 21.

Are there restrictions of how much I can have shipped to me?

Certain states do have restrictions. If you have an order that is over the limit, we will contact you to reduce your order to meet the limits.

What are the different shipping methods?

The available options for shipping are: Overnight, 2-Day Air and Ground. In most cases we are shipping within the ship to state, which allows Ground shipping orders to deliver in one to two business days. Overnight and 2-Day Air delivers Monday-Friday only. Ground service includes delivery through Saturday.

When will my order ship?

We process and ship orders the same business day when received before 3 p.m. local time. Shipping orders placed after 3 p.m. local time will ship the following business day; those placed after 3 p.m. on Friday will ship the following Monday, regardless of delivery method.

Can you ship product from one store to another?

Due to legal restrictions, we are unable to ship products from one store to another.

We are having extreme weather conditions; will my delivery be safe?

We may hold a shipment during extremely hot weather to protect the quality of items purchased. These occurrences are most likely during summer months in southwestern states. When we temporarily hold your shipment, we’ll notify you by email. We’ll also post a message so shoppers know new orders may be delayed.

Can I ship items to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, you cannot split one order to go to multiple addresses. Each address requires a unique order be placed.

I want to ship a gift, what do I do?

On the Order Review page during checkout, you may select the gift option and include a personalized note. Please note, the recipient must be 21 years of age or older to accept the delivery.

I want to change my shipping address, what do I do?

Customers can use FedEx Delivery Manager, an easy, no-cost option offered by our shipping partner. It’s the most efficient way to manage delivery of your FedEx shipments.

What if I’m not home when my shipping order arrives?

Upon delivery, our delivery partners will ask to see the receiver’s ID to ensure they are 21 or older. The receiver will also be required to sign for the order. If you are unable to be home, we will make two additional attempts to deliver your order, and then it will be held at the shipper’s distribution center.

Can someone else receive my order?

Anyone over the age of 21 at the delivery address will be able to receive the order.

My order has not arrived. How do I find out where it is?

Once the order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 1 business days to reflect movement on the label. If there has been no movement on your label, you can reach out to Customer Care at info[at]

Can I edit my shipping order?

Due to system restrictions, we are unable to edit the contents of the order. You are able to change shipping address, put delivery on hold, or request a specific delivery time through Fedex Delivery Manager. This is an easy, no-cost option offered by Fedex.

When purchasing alcoholic beverages, the buyer acknowledges that he/she is acting within compliance with all their state and local laws in regards to the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine/spirits. The purchaser acknowledges that he/she is legally entitled to take possession of wine/spirits, that they have obtained any required permission, paid any required fees or sales tax within their state and is working through properly licensed intermediaries (where required).

We can ship to residential and business addresses, though many customers prefer a business address, as not to miss a delivery, since all alcohol shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. This is required by law, no exceptions. 

The courier or carrier and delivery time will vary depending on which State we are shipping to.

The delivery address must have someone over 21 years of age to sign for the shipment, so we cannot use PO boxes. We also cannot send to schools or universities.

Each single shipment is deemed to be 1 box and cannot exceed 12 bottles shipment except on special cases. After the bottle limit of 12 has been reached, each new shipment will price will be set for any additional bottle. Please note that multi box shipments can be dispatched but may have to be within a few days of each other.

Your shipping fees include all taxes and FDA fees where applicable but exclude customs charges. You will be charged for this when you request a quote. Additional restrictions may apply to shipping, where this is the case you will be advised in advance on your custom quote.
